• Must be in original packaging and unopened.
• Return must be requested within 21 days of original purchase date.
• To initiate a return, please email us via contact@tatesgaming.com. Please include your order number (ORD00XXX) in your email.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend that all returns are shipped with insurance. We will not issue refunds for items we do not receive.
• Refunds will be processed via original payment type.
All returns are always at the discretion of management.
